Before you step into the world of UNTOLD Dubai 2025, make sure you’re fully prepared.

Follow the steps below to ensure your entry is smooth, your experience effortless, and your only focus is to live every moment of the festival.

STEP 1 - Complete Your Online Check-In

UNTOLD Dubai is more than a festival - it’s a full-scale world of experiences, and your check-in is your official key to entering that world.

By completing your online check-in, you will be able to:

• Skip the on-site check-in line.

• Enable your online top-up.

• Unlock the wristband pick-up option.

It takes just a few minutes to complete. Use the same email you used when buying your ticket, and once done, you’ll receive a confirmation QR code. Keep it safe, you’ll need it when collecting your wristband. Do your Online Check-In now in My Wallet section and start your festival journey the smart way.

Without completing your check-in, you cannot collect your wristband or access the festival.

STEP 2 - Pick Up Your Wristband

Your wristband is your access pass for all 4 days & nights of UNTOLD Dubai 2025, and your personal connection to every stage, every beat, and every moment.

It also serves as your digital wallet, replacing the need for cash or cards inside the venue.

What your wristband does:

• Grants access for all 4 festival days

• Enables cashless payments inside the venue

• It is unique, secure, and non-replaceable

⚠️ Do not cut, remove, or lose your wristband - it cannot be replaced. Treat it like your passport to the world of UNTOLD.

Wristband Pick-Up Locations & Schedule

Pre-Festival Pick-Up - November 4-5 | 12:00 - 22:00

• Roxy Cinemas – Dubai Hills Mall

• Roxy Cinemas – The Beach, JBR

• Roxy Cinemas – City Walk

During the Festival - November 6–9 | 16:00 - 02:00

• Dubai Parks & Resorts – Wristband Pick-Up Points at the festival location

Bring the following with you

• A valid ID or passport

• Your ticket with QR code (from your My Account section)

Available only for General Access & VIP, 4-Day Pass holders who have completed their online check-in. Day Ticket holders cannot collect wristbands in advance. Under-21 guests may collect their wristbands only with parental consent only at the festival location.

STEP 3 - Top-Up and Go Cashless

STEP 5 - Know What to Bring (and What to Leave Home)

The magic of UNTOLD Dubai is built on joy, freedom, and safety. To help everyone have the best possible experience, please take a moment to review the items that are allowed and not allowed inside the venue.

Allowed Personal Items

• Compact photo cameras

• GoPro cameras

• Selfie sticks

• External portable batteries

• Lipstick or lip balm

• SPF cream/sunscreen

• Non-flammable perfume

• Baby bottles

• Crutches or mobility aids

• Prescription pills (with a valid medical prescription)

• Special food for allergies or intolerances (with a medical note)

• Lighters

• Drugs

• Flammable or explosive materials

• Inflammable cosmetic products (beach cream is allowed)

• Pyrotechnic articles

• Fireworks

• Knives, weapons, blunt objects

• Chains

• Any kind of objects that may injure other Participants

• Bottles (including perfume or deodorant bottles)

• Beverage cans

• Canned sprays

• Food or drink

• Backpacks or bags larger than 29cm x 21cm x 12cm

• Chairs

• Umbrellas (in case of rain it is recommended to use pilgrims)

• Banners supported by sticks

• Flags

• Lasers

• Professional cameras or videos, including any type of DSLR camera or removable lens

• Animals

Security checks will be performed at all entry points. Your safety and comfort are our priority.

There will be no lockers or storage facilities available inside the festival grounds.

Your way to wonder starts before the music begins. Whether you’re arriving by car, taxi, or shuttle, here’s everything you need to know for a smooth entry into the world of UNTOLD Dubai.

STEP 6 - How to get there

1. PERSONAL CAR

Paid parking is available through the Parkonics platform. Pre-book your spot early cause limited spaces are available. Follow event signage and staff instructions for a smooth entry and exit. IMPORTANT! Parking after 6AM is not allowed.

2. TAXI, CAREEM, OR UBER

A dedicated drop-off and pick-up zone is located near the festival entrance. We highly recommend booking your ride in advance to avoid surge pricing after the show. We're making it easier than ever to join the magic. Use the code "UNTOLD2025" for 15% off your UBER rides to or from the festival during event dates.

3. RTA SHUTTLE BUS

Daily service from 5PM – 2:30AM from Ibn Battuta Bus Terminal to Dubai Parks & Resorts. Daily service from 9PM - 5:30AM from Dubai Parks & Resorts to Ibn Batutta Bus Terminal. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. The service will be provided free of charge for festival goers. Limited availability. First come basis. Taxi service will also be available at Ibn Battuta Bus Terminal.

TRAFFIC & ENTRY TIPS

• Expect high traffic between 8PM and 11PM — plan to arrive early.

• Follow the directions of traffic marshals and signage for safe flow.

• Arrive on time to enjoy the full magic of the festival.

• Accessible parking is available for People of Determination.

STEP 7 - Top-Up & Refund

Top-Up your wristband at any of the credit top-up points located within the festival grounds, during opening hours. Top-Ups can be made by card or in cash at designated points.

Refunds You can request a refund for any unspent balance on your wristband at any time during the festival, at any of the wristband top-up points on-site.

If you topped up online, you can request an online refund starting Thursday, November 13th.
