1. What are the new dates for UNTOLD Dubai?
UNTOLD Dubai will take place 19–21 March 2027. If you already hold a ticket, your existing festival ticket remains valid for the new dates.
2. Why have the dates changed?
UNTOLD Dubai to 19–21 March ensures a stronger edition of the festival and a better experience for our community. We look forward to seeing all of you in March and celebrate together.
3. Is the festival definitely happening?
Yes. UNTOLD Dubai will take place 19–21 March 2027. We are excited to welcome you back.
4. Is it still at Dubai Parks & Resorts?
Yes. UNTOLD Dubai remains at Dubai Parks™ and Resorts.
5. I already bought a ticket. Is it still valid?
Yes. All existing tickets remain valid for the new festival dates. You don't need to exchange or reissue your ticket.
6. Do I need to do anything to transfer my ticket to March?
No. Your ticket is automatically valid for the new dates, and you don't need to do anything.
7. Will I receive a new ticket?
You don't need a new ticket. Your existing ticket will be recognised for 19–21 March 2027.
8. I bought several tickets. Can I refund only one?
Yes, you can.
9. I can't attend the new dates. Can I get a refund?
We understand that the new dates may not work for everyone. Full details on eligibility, the refund process and the deadline for requests can be found on our website.
10. How long do I have to request a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted by Friday, October 9, at 23:59. Requests received after this deadline will be handled in accordance with our ticketing terms.

11. Will booking/service fees also be refunded?
Yes.
12. How long will my refund take?
Once approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider and can take approximately 5–14 working days.
13. I bought my ticket from a reseller/third party. What do I do?
The official ticketing partner of UNTOLD Dubai is District by Zomato. Please contact them directly with regards to any refund requests.
